Just went in to look at work shoes and not one person asked if I needed anything.Stood there for awhile .There was about 4 workers who looked at me when I first walked in,and continued talking to each other. Customer service needs to be looked at. I will take my business where it's wanted.

NOT SURE WHY I EVEN BOTHER GOING IN THAT STORE ANYMORE. 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WONT ALLOW ME TO GIVE ZERO. I KEPT GIVING THEM CHANCES, BUT TODAY WAS LAST STRAW. NO ONE EVER TRYS TO ASSIST EVER. NOT ONE PERSON ASKES IF I NEED ANY HELP, OR TALK TO ME AT ALL. THIS PLACE IS THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN AND THEY DONT CARE. THEY ARE ALL ALWAYS AT THE COUNTER HUDDLED AROUND SOMEONES PHONE GIGGLING. NEVER LOOKS UP. NEVER GREETS. JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD FEEL THAT THIS WILL EVENTUALLY AFFECT BUSINESS. MAYBE HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

An alright place for work boots. Not a whole lot of selections that are not pricey. Staff was assertive and right on it helping me with what I needed. Nice to actually be able to try the boots on instead of ordering online and hope they fit the way you want.
