Starting with the positive, truthfully the only positive is the employees here. They are very helpful and super friendly.
The negatives are too many to list but sharing a few is necessary. The current sale period was only 2 days in and nearly every single item in the sale was not available or even at the store. The only reason I went was for soil and the entire stock was sold out save the topsoil.
Also the discounted items were very misleading. Whatever percentage off of an item was it was obvious that the item was marked up prior to being placed on sale. Several so much so that the 'sale' price was higher than the previous two stickers on it. Then prices were ringing up different than what was on the merchandise.
The store could be a good place but it just is ruined by price gouging and poor planning. The store employees are great though, this two stars instead of one.

Well, unfortunately not one employee asked if I needed any help, which I definitely did. A lot of the prices were not very clear, or easily located.

I buy my dog food and treats here, the checkout lines get backed up. And there's never anyone at the gun counter when they open. But of course if these box stores paid a living wage, I'd work there and show them how to sell guns&ammo

This store has a fabulous collection of bird food very reasonably priced. The candy isle is incredible with a huge selection. They have chicks for all you chicken lovers. I love this store. Stop by and stroll thru for fun.

Multiple dead and dying chicks here that clearly haven’t been taken care of. Don’t appear to be recently deceased. The employees couldn’t have cared less when I told them.

I love Rural King but RK Guns needs much improvement. The last 3 times I went to RK Guns they had both labor and electronic issues.

Needed a certain spark plug for riding mower. The one I needed was sold out. An employee said he would check in the back and found one that would work on my mower. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.
