Employees are nice but here recently I’ve noticed that brake parts I get are always smaller then oem parts. Rotors are 2 inches smaller and still l fit but when you look at them and the pads you start laughing because you know your headed back because you were given the wrong parts. They always say those are the right parts but never fit. Why is that. Now I’m waiting on a return of my money from Friday and it’s Monday and my car sits there on a jack because they can take my money in seconds but yet I have to wait days to get it back when they have the merchandise. It’s 2024 why are we still dealing with this.

I go here just so often because I usually go to AutoZone but it seems like every time I go to AutoZone they never have the part but O'Reilly's does so I recommend this place because they will probably have the part you need verses anywhere else great service so far that I've seen

Employees were nice and welcoming. Although the first guy pulled the wrong style of lightbulb I needed. Resulting in another trip back to the store. But that's how it goes sometimes.
