Was told they do not inspect their vehicles they get from auction once they get them they throw them out on the lot and you get what you pay for there has been a few cars I went and looked at and there was problems with them that would cost $100’s of dollars to fix

A few years ago I saw a car on Craigslist I was very interested in buying. The seller had self-identified as a private party and said the vehicle had no mechanical issues. I drove over 5 hours up to Ohio only to discover that not only was it a dealership lying about being an individual, but also that the car was not at all in the shape they claimed. It wasn't until after I arrived that an employee mentioned the vehicle had a very bad wheel bearing, making the trip a total waste with over 10+ hours of driving total for nothing.
Several years later, this is still the scummiest dealership I have ever been to in my life. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

When i was down on my luck after divorce and bankruptcy they helped me out big time. I got a Honda Civic and drove it for 3 years until i totaled it hitting 3 deer. Car ran just fine, but insurance totaled it. I'd give them a try if your in need of transportation.

Drove two hours to look at a vehicle after asking the owner if the vehicle was in proper working condition. Upon arriving we go in to the office and ask to test drive said vehicle. As soon as we told the gentleman behind the counter which one he automatically states “that one has a bad transmission”. We test drove the vehicle anyway bc the particular model we were looking at does have a history of shifting a little heavy at times. When we get in it has no gas and instead of getting us some gas he hands us $5 and tells us to take it to the gas station. Needless to say the transmission was junk the employee acted as if we were a hassle even stepping inside and the manager said “I don’t know what’s down there the drivers just tell me if they are okay or not”. Very poor communication, lack of knowledge, and horrible customer service. Would not recommended at all. Know your inventory in and out before trying to sell people anything. Do not know based on hear say from your disgruntled employee.

I messaged him on Facebook about a van then I called and asked if I drove there and wanted to buy the van could I leave a deposit and come back for it he said yes but if I decide to not buy the van the deposit was unrefundable and I said ok so I drove an 1½ there and he literally just sold it would not recommend this place he could have told me he had other people coming to look at it and I wouldn't had drove that far all he had on his lot was a bunch of junk I'm a mechanic and I probably wouldn't have bought the van anyway but it was the point that I drove there when he knew I was coming and sold it the guy was literally putting a tag on it when I got there

Went there to look at truck that I couldn't get any questions answered on, drove 2 hours one way to check it out with limited info to have it die in their parking lot. I attempted to test drive the vehicle and it DIED IN THE PARKING LOT, then the sales men stated that they "had half mechanics that didn't know what they were doing." Luckily I was already planning on parting it out so I still bought it for a hardly discounted price, Then they held the title for 3 and half weeks before sending it out, I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from here if you expect it to drive off the lot.

Bought a used 2004 Ford f150 truck from moms. After having it a couple of days I noticed some loud road noise. As I further inspect the vehicle. I pulled up the carpets on the driver and passenger side. There were two giant rust holes through the floor. I still owed $300 on this vehicle. I contacted mom's and explain the situation to them. They paid the $300 in full. And bought some floor pans and their guys welded them in they did make it right with me and that's why I'm giving this review a four stars if you actually communicate with them I believe they will help you out.

Came here to look at a plow truck, advertised as having “new tires” yet this is what I pulled up too. Every vehicle in the lot is literally worth under 1400 dollars. Don’t waste your time

Set up a time to come down from Toledo and look at a vehicle yesterday. Dealership said they would prefer a cash transaction, and I will come down the next day straight from work. Was 15 mins into my drive down when I was notified via Facebook that the truck was sold. I know business is business, but the company does not value their customers time or money. Best of luck.

Absolute worst car dealership on the face of the earth. They rigged up a starter that wasn’t even the right one to make the car start just to sell it first off. Only reason I knew was bc I had to replace it the day after driving it home. Come to find out it had a cracked head and bad gaskets and my mechanic told me that someone bandaided it just to sell the car. They 100% take advantage of people. Also didn’t receive the title to the car until 4 days after my temp tags expired and had to call them 4 or 5 different times to remind them to mail it to me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Just bought a car yesterday. Got there 50 minutes to close. Salesmen came out and instantly starting rushing me. Saying we had to get the test drive done fast his kid has karate. I asked 5+ times if there was anything wrong. And all he said is the speakers weren’t hooked up because the previous owner had a system. As soon as I go to leave. I realize the dash lights are turned off. So I turn them up. No tachometer and engine light as soon as I pulled off the lot. And not to mention when it’s cold it idles fine. But as soon as it’s warm it idles so high I don’t even want to turn it on. And since that tachometer doesn’t work I can’t even see how high it is. The car drives 40 mph without touching the gas. Scum bag people at a scum bag car lot.
