“I've had spectrum for about a year now and have had no issues unlike I had with frontier. I get text when there is a power outage and a few months after I signed up with spectrum a severe storm came through and downed some power lines and the spectrum service team was on the spot before the utility company was there, and they came from columbus! I pay less than $ 30 for what I need and that's fine with me. Of course you have to go through the automated links to get to a customer service person but once you do, the ones I spoke with are courteous and very helpful and the spectrum store is only 2 miles from where I live. It's all good.”
