Very rude staff. Every time my husband or myself go to get our prescriptions staff that have been there for as long as I’ve known are rude and very unprofessional. I have worked in the same field they are in before and I never treated my customers like they do. They also have staff that flies through the parking lot driving like a maniac just to get parked and into the store on time. If you can’t be to work before your scheduled time then maybe it’s time to find a different job or schedule. Definitely not somewhere in public that’s for sure!!

I have never had such awful service at a pharmacy in my life. Rude, argumentative and nothing but the bare minimum from the pharmacy techs (pharmacists have been far more professional though). They must not pay well idk but I dread going there.

They seldom have your prescription in stock. There is a girl who works there who is always unfriendly, unhelpful, and unknowable. On a couple of different occasions, I have had them not fill a prescription because "they" decided that it was too expensive. They made this decision on their own, without discussing it with us beforehand.

What a joke of a pharmacy and store the management there Katie or however her name is spelled is no leader/store manager she seems just as stupid as the ppl she hires. If u cant do a job u applied for and work in then leave/quit u low life losers. Just about anywhere now a days nobody wants to do there job correctly. Meijers Marion Ohio is a big advocate of doing things wrong and these are the ppl making America worse. The pharmacist and Katie prolly the ppl that got a participation trophy while growing up. Never had to fight for something and it shows. They have a paper that makes them think they are smart that there something/somebody but there not at all. There just a dumb person with a paper. I do not recommend this location for anything because if there wrong they can't admit or be helpful. Bad management/leadership is where it starts and Katie is failing miserably maybe that's why the ppl below her don't do there job correctly cuz they know upper management doesn't do anything either?I'm not the only one that has had problems at this location, and different departments within this location its a horrible location to go.Do not recommend to anyone.Go to Aldi, Walmart, Target, anywhere but this location they don't have the smarts to help costumers or solve a issue.

I am very unhappy with Marion's Pharmacy Dept, I was sent a notice that we had a Prescription available. We could not get Pharmacy on the phone and they kept picking up and hanging it up. 4 times service dept tried and had the same result we had after 5 time's. We just started using your Pharmacy on a regular basis but if this continues we will seek another Pharmacy because if your customers don't mean anything than I definitely not going to support your sfore.

Just recieved the worst service I've ever had at this location. I am not sure if the computer went down or what. A customer in front of me was told something and his order was put back into a bag. After standing there for another 10 minutes being basically stared at, and nothing said about there being a problem, I turned and walked away. I've never really minded waiting when it seems all the personnel are busy, but this was ridiculous.The only other problem I've had using a Meijer pharmacy is I have recieved prescriptions with the wrong quantity, shorted the amount. I know it's not the local pharmacy to blame, as their prescriptions are shipped in.Almost to the proverbial straw....

I pulled up to an empty drive-through lane around 11:45. After a few minutes, I was told someone would be with me “when they could” and that it would “be a while.” A full 10 minutes later, someone finally came over the speaker to ask my name. She then proceeded to tell me my prescriptions would take another 15 minutes. I have had lousy service here before, and I will not be back. When I stopped at the pharmacy I had called and asked that my prescriptions be transferred to, she told me the person on the phone at meijer hung up on her!

I am a loyal miejer guest yet i called to check on a price of prescription and pharmacy was extremely rude and totally unprofessional..i work in customer survice so i understand the struggles yetmy patronage pays his salary...i will no longer be shopping miejer ...his behavior. Is just unacceptable

I have always gone to this pharmacy however the last month it has gotten awful and the one pharmacist I think his name was John he was Rude and lied to me . I have switched all of my prescriptions to another pharmacist.

Pharmacist are all friendly and helpful and I would rather get my meds from them then by the mail company I have to get my meds by that my insurance company demands
