A short time ago me and my wife were looking to buy here a new vehicle and we stopped into Mathew’s Honda of Marion and had the great pleasure of having Jacob smith as our sales person who went above and beyond to make everything happen for us. He very kind and respectful and listened to everything that we said and he was able to make it all come together. That night my wife drove away in her new vehicle. Dear future customers of Mathews Honda..we leased a 2024 Honda Passport 2 months ago and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Our salesman was Ethan Smith. We found Ethan to be knowledgeable, flexible, and amenable to our requirements. This is actually our second lease/purchase experience and we are about to make it a third. I recently purchased a Honda civic for my son’s surprise, 16th birthday. Ethan Smith helped me find the color he wanted and made sure everything was ready so I could quickly pick it up and sneak it home for the party. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Enjoyed working with Ethan Smith! Bought my first brand new car at Mathews Acura/Honda and worked directly with Ethan. Very engaging, cares about the customer, and very friendly. Have kept in touch since the transaction and would have regretted buying from any other dealership. If I am ever in the market for a new car, I will for sure come back at Mathews. Also, I drive the extra 20 or so minutes to have my car serviced here to keep the relationship going. Keep it up!
