Worked with this dealership since December to secure my desired car, in hopes of having it by March. They PROMISED me a vehicle and we gave them a substantial deposit. Worked with a sweet, but unexperienced salesman who constantly had to "check with his manager". March came and no vehicle- despite the fact that other dealerships appeared to be able to secure the car we wanted. So much "salesman" speak ("that's above my paygrade") and they tried to give us the runaround about getting our deposit back. A whole lot of wasted time, energy with ultimately no vehicle. Would not recommend the dealership.

I had my heart set on an HRV and James made it happen!! He made the process fast and easy and he was so much fun to be around. Being a woman, car dealerships tend to be scary but James made sure that wasn’t the case. He walked me through the process and the numbers and helped me understand them!! Seriously the best. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

5 Star!! Ty Honda, Marion , OH...Great auto repair service, friendly service, your employees are very knowledgeable of your products! Grt experience while I waited for my car to be repaired today! Reasonable wait time, fair prices. You answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel that my concerns were invalid concerns... I appreciated that! I def recommend this business! Very professional people!! Thanks 4 keeping me safe on the road! I appreciate all that you do for all your customers! I'm pretty sure my family does too!!

I can't say enough good about Zach (in sales). At a time when there are so few new cars out there, he managed to find my son the 2022 Civic Sport- perfect color- options that he was looking for. Zach kept us posted literally daily- waiting its arrival. What a great experience start to finish

I purchased a Honda Civic here, and had a wonderful experience. The salesman, Ethan Smith, was extremely friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with. I got a very good price on the car. I would highly recommend Mathews Honda.

Went this past weekend to look at new, 21' Honda H-RV's with my Mother. She's looking for a new vehicle. We decided to test drive a H-RV Sport. The salesgirl told us she'd bring it right up. Well, she "brought it right up" about 20-25 minutes later. No exaggeration. When we were done with test drive, I explained how we would do a new car purchase: After it is decided what make and model we want, we will give each dealer in a 100 mile radius one chance to put in their best offer. No pitting Dealer against Dealer, No haggling back and forth, we don't care how you structure your sales contracts, all we need to see is an Out-the-Door price and you only get one chance. Then, I will research the best offer we receive and if it is deemed to be a fair price, we make a cash purchase. Also told them we will accept an offer on a trade-in(3yr old vehicle, near mint, 13,500 miles only) but very well may not trade it in. Mathews Honda comes back with an O.T.D. price that is only $200 below the MSRP. No joke. I almost laughed in the salesgirl's face. And their offer on a possible trade-in was $5thousand below a written offer that we have already received. To make sure you understand, it's not like these H-RV's are flying off the lots and they can command full MSRP. Mathews Honda has over 20 of them on their lot. I don't get it. I understand that it's hard to get semi-conductor chips right now so not nearly as many new cars are going out, but these guys have over 20 H-RV's just sitting there. They really don't want to sell them I guess. A very confusing experience.
