We love the family atmosphere that comes with Matthews Ford Marion. Both the sales and service departments are super friendly and a welcoming environment!

Thanks for the easy and fast process on our recent purchase. Great job! Thanks to Mark Warner. If you're looking for a vehicle, give him a call.

They will not cancel my service warranty contract. I have faxed them and emailed them. They ignore me. Be warned. They will sell you a car but will not respond to written notifications of instruction. I'd go elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic interactions and great communication. I did not purchase a vehicle so this isn't a "paid" review, but after dealing with MANY dealerships this is one out of only two that was truly pleasant to work with. Thank you for the honesty and transparency (Thanks Zach!)

I bought a 2020 Ford F-250 from Mathews in June. I had problems with the truck the first day that I drove it home that still have not been resolved. The truck periodically will crank but wont start without putting it in neutral and flooring the gas. In addition, I have had issues with the brakes failing when using a trailer. I have had the truck back to the service center multiple times without a resolution. In addition, the communication with the dealership has been terrible. I regret this purchase and would not buy another vehicle from Mathews.

So I took my car in needing a new spark plug. I took it originally someplace else because it was two minutes from work but the mechanic said I needed to take it to a ford dealer because the part wouldn’t come out. Fine. So I took it to this dealer and they called me a couple days later stating that my engine was shot- the spark plug was stuck and there was coolant leaking. They quoted me 8,000+ for a new engine, labor, etc. So I came later to pick it up, there’s no sign of leakage anywhere. My fiancé and I had it towed out of there, taken to a different shop A MILE up the road and they have it done, fixed, and “check engine” light off in 3 HOURS, only charging me around a grand for all the work they did. The tow truck guy and shop I went to was BAFFLED at what Ford did. Thank you Copperhead Garage for not trying to screw me over and actually FIXING my car. The only reason this dealer touched my car is because it is the only Ford dealer in town. The only “good” thing about this dealer is that the staff was nice. That’s it.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Zach Courtad in particular. I had been searching online for available vehicles that I wanted and got into contact with him over a few in particular. He was responsive both via e-mail and text and wasn't pushy at all to come in person (I live an hour and a half away with 2 kids less than 4 years old so in-person visits weren't going to happen without a good deal lined up). He responded to me at all hours of the day and matched a fantastic price I found on another vehicle further away and the one they had on the lot had more features so technically he beat the other dealer without any hassle and that speaks to his boss/owner as well. They were more concerned with earning a customer who was willing to go over 8 hours away to another state to get a vehicle and, as long as I want a Ford, he'll be who I go to. He answered a million questions I asked him over the course of nearly 2 weeks as I hemmed and hawed over my options. When I ultimately made the trip to pick up the truck, it was waiting for me, all recalls, updates, and check-ups complete and washed and ready to go. He tossed me the keys to allow me to go for a spin on my own and when I came back, immediately sat me down with the sales manager with the exact same numbers he had told me via e-mail, trade-in and all. He transferred my plates for me, swapped my personal keychains onto the new keys, and even offered to move my tonneau cover for me but I had already taken it off at my house. He ran my credit for me a few hours before I came so that my visit was seamless and quick. I have zero regrets about the time I put into searching for the right dealer because not only did I get an even better price than I expected, the process was so easy, smooth, and stress-free. I highly recommend purchasing a Ford vehicle from Mathews.

Everyone there is the best, from the ownership, to the service department, and the sales team. They are all top notch. Service always gets me in and out when I wait, and they always have it done when they say they will when I drop off.

I will be taking my vehicle to another service center that will do more than admit there is an issue but not necessarily want to do anything about it. I did not feel this group was helpful or possibly did not possess the skills needed to complete this job.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I took my truck in for an alignment after I had some front end work done. They said it still needed upper and lower ball joints so they couldn't do my alignment. Understandable. I said okay and that I'd be in later to get it. I called back later and I asked for them to leave my keys in it as I couldn't be back till after hours. This is when I'm told I have a bill of $80.44. I don't mind spending money, but I do have a problem with spending money on nothing especially since I just had a baby. AT NO POINT was I told I'd be charged if work couldn't be completed. Nor did he tell me in that initial call saying they couldn't do it was I told I had a bill. I asked if that cost would go toward the alignment if I brought it back and I was told no. I was going to bring it back after getting it fixed but now I'll never be back. I can't risk being charged again if they decide something else is wrong and can't do it again. Dealerships are just con artists and I should have known that from working for Mathews in Bucyrus years ago. I just didn't think Mathews could get worse, but I was wrong. When R&R couldn't get my alignment bolts loose they didn't charge me anything. On the one plus side, my family and I were looking to buy new vehicles next year and $80 bucks is a small price to pay to learn where not to shop from. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Husband would take my vw Tiguan in for oil changes since the nearest vw dealership was over an hour away they were okay with doing it. That’s where the good ends oil changes take hours with them they don’t rotate tires or reset oil life lights. they’ve been putting 0w-20 in my car that calls for 5w-30 we didn’t realize till the car was having oil pressure issues their solution was to trade it in and get a new car because their system calls for that oil so we called vw and they said absolutely not to use that oil they have been using. They said they just had a lady trade in her vw car for the same oil issues no problem after the correct oil was used

Been coming here with my f150 for 5 years first 3 years were great no issues past 2 years have been horrible from them don’t doing preventative maintenance on my u joints when I requested the work be done to have my truck for 3 days for an oil change. Here recently had my truck for an ac condenser turned from a 1 day job to 7 days because the tech was “the 2024 hide and seek champion” and same tech messed up my threads on my power steering pump causing me more money and the excuse was “he’s overwhelmed” I okayed the pump turns out they ordered the wrong part will not be back

I went in for a recall notice, and they found another that I wasn't aware of, and replaced both within the time they quoted me.
