Super cordial staff. Oh, so friendly! The location couldn't have been better If I had asked them to move it there. They even called me as soon as they found a security issue regarding my unit. What?!?! Yupper, they even make regular security rounds. And don't think that just because the office is closed on Sunday that no one can help you with a difficulty you might have with the gate. Just call the number listed on the sign! Thanks everyone. You guys are great.

Friendly staff and helpful. Was having an issue setting up a storage unit online and called customer service instead. Much easier to just call in and saved more time.

The property is well maintained, the owner is friendly and went out of his way to help us unfreeze a lock during 8° weather. Other than stink bugs getting in the unit (and honestly, where DON'T stink bugs go?), we have been using them for over 18 months and have never had a problem.
