I had been there for years with my oldest cat. Prior, the experience was good. My cat started having seizures and I took her to a pet ED. They recommended continual follow up with her normal vet. She had more seizures, I called her vet and they got her in that day.
However, they didn't do anything. I was told they wouldn't prescribe meds and told me to follow up in a week after documenting all her seizures. I pushed for meds and it got nowhere.
I took my cat home, she had more seizures, I reach out and they get me in thr next day. However, I had to rush her to the pet ED again. She was hospitalized, put on meds she should have gotten from her vet.
I had to have her put to sleep today due to the damage done by the seizures. I can't, in good conscious, go back here.

Dr Porter and Sara (sp) were with us when we put our cat down. They were so caring and explained everything to us. They let us spend as much time with our cat as needed, before and after, truly loving and caring! Amazing group of people!
