Doesn’t seem to be too much experience at the Lowe’s Home Center these days. Young fresh faces with little knowledge and sadly, little ambition to even try.
I located my items for purchase and to my surprise; not one check out line with a human. Kiosk’s were everywhere, which are not bad; until you have trouble.
The checkout process was difficult and the (2) employees that were there to lend aid should a customer need assistance were not into helping people today. I remember this store from years past being very helpful.
Overall, they probably have what you need; if you know what you’re looking for. Locating it could be as simple as using the Lowe’s App. If you’re counting on hands on assistance or any type of knowledge to get you from A-B during your home improvement adventure; don’t count on it.

Still the go-to-store for anything home improvement. The associates are more than willing to help you find what you need and will even help you save money. This store does need some more check out lines though as only one was open for a particularly busy night. Other than that this is a great place

App showed replacement string in stock.
Got to store and nothing. I found a crushed package of what i needed and just asked for a discount because of damaged item. Rude snotty help acted like i was asking for a handout and flat out told me no discount for damaged items. I went next door to menards and they were so super helpful, accommodating, and out of courtesy even gave me the discount Lowes refused. Menards is my new store!!

One star is to much we went to get a bird bath on there web page they had 3 of them..we found the base up on the slave but you're so call help was not helpful at all.

Mariah in appliances was fantastic. We came back the next day to purchase the stove. We missed her by ten minutes. The young man that took her place walked away while we were going over the stove to be sure that is the one that we wanted. We had to wait 20 minutes for another employee to come back to the appliance area. Almost walked out. Then the young man a different one this time asked me to give a review of his performance while standing over my shoulder. He then proceeded to answer the questions for me so that he could have a paid day off.

They have good prices and good inventory. Delivery for a lot of big items. I'm not a real DIYer but they seem like they always have the basic stuff I'm looking for.

I am tired of mistakes with deliveries and installations. I am tired of employees being rude when you politely ask for help. Never again will I be ordering or doing business with Marion Lowes again.
