Myself and several family members get prescriptions filled at this location and have (for years) received consistently good experiences. Staff is helpful, answers questions, and on multiple occasions have gone about and beyond for specific situations.

Twice now they have filled my prescriptions but didnt give me all my prescriptions. I went back saying I'm missing some of my prescriptions and they tell me that since it was already marked filled I have to pay out of pocket to get them. I shouldnt have to pay out of pocket because they messed up and didnt give me all of my prescriptions when I went in the first time

I went to the Doctor for a sinus infection and went straight to the pharmacy. When I walked up to the counter, they had my prescription filled and ready to go.

Bad. Just moved here. Called in to get my prescriptions changed. Pharmacist got an attitude with me, put me on hold and handed up. Using Walmart instead. Bad communication.

Long wait times, call patient for prescriptions that are not ready! Pharmacy associates are can be very rude, but some are nocr!

Great service! Such an impressive selection and with Kroger's having their HQ here in Ohio it makes it all the more important for us to continue to purchase from Krogers. We really like their coupons and gas rewards on the app as well.
