H&R Block Marion OhioThis company is unprofessional and only cares about making money. I dropped off my tax documents at the beginning of March. Over two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything. Mind you, my taxes were pretty easy. I’ve done them the last three years. This year I just didn’t want to be bothered. When I did call, they couldn’t find anything. They told me someone would call me back that day. That didn’t happen. The next day I received a message asking if I was sure I had taken my papers to the Marion location. I returned their call only to be interrogated about who I dropped off my taxes to, what did she look like, what time, etc. I called back later and was told they were working on my taxes and I could pick them up the next day. I went in the next afternoon. I was not told how to file my taxes, or what to do. I signed some papers and was asked how I wanted to pay. I paid my $275. and was told to have a nice day.

Highly recommend to anyone. Very fast, professional, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Helped me gain knowledge about my taxes that I was unaware of. Will definitely be a life long return customer.
