2 of the stylists were there on time to start work at 10. Neither one had a set of keys. The stylist with keys didn't show up until 10:40.
Stylist: Debbie. She was there on time, ready to get started. She gave me an awesome and cute haircut.

They do the cut the way they want, not the way you want it. They don't listen. I'm still crying. They didn't charge for the cut, but the damage can't be fixed.

Always a quick process. Staff are all friendly. The only negative I see is that the same person never cuts your hair twice. I will continue to visit.
