The gentleman was very helpful and actually listen to me and let me ask questions fully before cutting me off or just telling me something to shut me up. Clean store very well organized and stocked.

Regional supervisor poor example to be training employee. Unfriendly rude bothered by request for a little help. Decades in the business experience speaking. A little Pathetic on the day following re-grand opening. Willing to guess low volume over the weekend.

We enjoy going to this store on My Vernon Ave unless the manager is working. He is the rudest man I've ever met. NEVER smiles and talks down to customers. He needs a job that DOESN'T interact with customers

I have used this store many times found it convenient. However, they do not have access to a restroom for their customers. I simply refuse to give a rating over 1 to any store that does not have facilities for their customers and I will also refuse to shop at stores that also do the same.
