Horrible customer service. Weekend staff should be replaced with people that want to help. Cleanliness is about a 3/10. Was also advised they are selling expired consumable products by an employee.

My son saved his money and bought a Barnett crossbow , girl said they couldn't reach the top shelf the "manager" said there's one behind the counter , we looked at the box that was opened and seen that everything was there and bought it , shot it 3 times and the trigger malfunctioned , took it back two days later said they couldn't replace it and gave me number to call and the Pam the "real manager was unavailable. Do not buy anything from them .

I bought new boots here on 12/15 2022. On 06/8/2023 the sole on the left boot separated from the upper. I don't wear these boots everyday, so they were in otherwise good condition. I returned to the Dunhams store and asked an employee about replacement or at least credit towards new boots. He contacted the manager, Pam Greene, by text. She replied that she would do nothing to help me. I really expect boots to last at least a year, these fell apart in under 6 months. I purchased my from 3 pairs of boots from this store, as well as firearms and ammo from Dunhams. They have lost me as a customer. I will not patronize a business that won't stand behind the merchandise they sell.

I purchased a pair of waterproof hiking boots on December 15, 2022. On June 13, 2023 the sole on the left boot began to separate from the upper. Stopped in to get a .22. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes, nobody came to see if I needed anything. I walk up front and both employees are on their phones. I won't come back here again.

Pam, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the way she treated us. Wouldn't even let my husband finish his sentence. We just needed a simple price match on an item. Will not be going back. We feel really bad for her employees that have to work with her rudeness and lack of sympathy. 0 starts

Great well made clothing that lasts. Good sale prices and coupons. Also sell some sporting goods like baseball , tennis, camping, hiking gear and kayaks. Not much football gear. The store is clean and well organized. Sales people are very nice and helpful. Good parking.
