Bathrooms closed until she can get to them…. To busy cleaning the coffee makers and soda machines to clean the bathroom, she is very busy…. Would have spent my gas money elsewhere if I had known. Will not be using BP or Dutchess again.

Service is always amazing and the food is usually good but today the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock.. coming from someone that works around food, I really would’ve just taken the loss on inventory and not even sold it😅 I’m used to it looking a little crispy but it was BURNT

Never coming back in if Dave is working how is he allowed to become belligerent with a female customer I was in there when it happened and he got downright disrespectful and cussing at this woman when he was in the wrong im sorry but why do companies put up with this it is ridiculous that he's allowed to yell cuss words I'm going to start screaming curse words at him if he comes in when I'm in there I will make a scene i refuse to let this drop

Stopped in today for a few snacks and drinks. Used the men's restroom real quick. HANDS DOWN THE GROSSEST TOILET IVE SEEN! Clearly has not been cleaned in weeks!
Pubic hairs, fecal matter, urine splatter.....all over the toilet. GROSS!

I always go to this BP/ Duchess gas station...the employees they have in there now, are a lot better than than the ones that used to work there... Just sayin .....

Good store. I got gift card there as a gift for my cousins wedding. Bit of a line up inside. Needed more cashiers. Not just one cashier.

Kyle went above and beyond to help my wife and I as our battery had died when we turned off to get gas. Nothing worse than being stuck out of country with a car issue.Thank you Kyle, you're the man!Thank you duchess!

This convenience store is right off the main ne of the main drags in Marion. They offer the typical convenience, store fare, including frozen foods, ice, cold sodas, water, snacks, candies, cookies, tobacco, cigarettes and fountain drinks. But the main attraction here is a walk-in freezer full of ice, cold beer. In addition, they have a huge counter of various types of coffee, pastries, desserts, and different flavors of iccees. The place is nice, clean, spacious and not crowded. It's in a very convenient location and the associated gas pumps are from the BP company. I would come here again on a stop when I need something from this place.

Workers are always on there cell phone. I can never tell if the cashier is open because there’s always one of them playing there phone.

Employees were rude and unprofessional. The employees were being rude to other employees while customers were in the store. Will not be returning to the ****** station. The ****** station is on maple Ave in ********** ****.
