As a female who knows a little something about a lot of things, bodywork being one of them, I was preparing myself for the typical rigmarole when I came and got an estimate from D&F for my 2010 Honda crosstour. I didn't tell them of my experience in bodywork and I also didn't tell them how much my car meant to me. They didn't know that this was the vehicle I drove back and forth to the NICU when my youngest daughter had asthma attacks. They didn't know this is the vehicle I took my stepdaughter's on a road trip to Florida in that grew our bond and made everlasting memories. Never told him this was the car I made $11 an hour driving years ago and am now the foreman of a large company.. didn't know how much this car means to me. My estimator was quick and precise, almost alarmingly reasonable in price, and explain to me what my estimate entailed. Out of the three I got this was by far the best price range, the best coverage, and the best turnover time. I naturally assume estimate is the best case scenario and time frame is approximate. D&F (All the way from the receptionist to the techs) we're so well put together and professional that they hit not only the estimate but the time frame on the nose. Nothing extra; no hassle, no "we had to do x and now your bill went up"... If there was anything that was unforeseen or that they thought to bring to my attention that I might like they contacted me. To say I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the way they did their business is an understatement. That's what we want, right? We want honest we want upfront we want our minds at ease knowing our hard-earned money is being spent well. I really got the best bang for my buck here. My car looks stunning, just like the day I got her. Took her for an oil change at the dealership and the Master technician wanted to buy her, said he's never seen one in such good condition.. The workmanship and the care that was put into her is master level. Knowing they didn't know what she meant to me they treated her as if she meant something to them. You can't really put a price on somebody pouring care into their craft like that. It's the little things too, The headlights are crystal clear again, My new tires shined perfectly, The very welcomed interior cleaning they did... That's above and beyond service if you ask me. That shows the character and culture of good business. You know what was the cutest thing? When I went to pick her up I was so excited and so happy my technician ended up coming outside and I swear to you he was just as excited and happy as I was. We know how hard it is to find people that do good work, but to do excellent work, high quality work and enjoy it? It's almost unheard of, but you can find it here with D&F Collision

These guys are fun and allot of great people, they got my car in and out, if you got some issues with you vehicles just go here! I definitely will be goin back to get the rest of the work done on my car I need done! Thank you guys for all your help this morning

Just picked up my son's car after he hit right side on pole...they did an amazing job and car looks brand new. Fantastic detailing inside. They were very professional and kept me updated on repairs. Highly recommend!!

I needed a mirror replaced ,scratch and dents taken care of. It took two appointment, because they didn't do the dents the first time. Plus the second trip my truck had 5 extra miles added to it. And at least 2 people were riding in my truck with dirty shoes. I not happy about my truck being used for there pleasure and convenience. That's not what it was there for. I had to call them to find out it was done. I won't be back.Service: Body & Trim

Had to get towed 80 miles today and they are AAA approved. The young man arrived within the hour and gave me a safe ride/tow home. Very professional and I'm very grateful. It's unlikely I'll be in the area any time soon but if I am and need something they'll be the first place I'd call. Thanks guys! I appreciate you very much for the professionalism and timely response!

I had my vehicle towed and impounded due to an illegal search and seizure, officer violated my constitutional rights. Needless to say the whole ordeal was one big hassle. I was beyond grateful everyone @d&f was a tremendous help during the process, There customer service is phenomenal! If you ever get your vehicle impounded, you better hope it goes to d&f ?

Although I didn’t expect to be working with a collision shop the days following my car accident, I am grateful my car was towed to D & F Collision. Every single member of this team worked together like a well-oiled machine. The owner, Dan, spent a lot of time explaining the process between his business and the auto insurance company. Gina, Michelle and Clay were outstanding in keeping me up-to-date with the latest auto insurance plan. Ultimately, D & F Collision worked through all of the paperwork to help me move forward. Their friendliness and professionalism reminded me of the amazing people servicing Marion, Ohio!!
