Very misleading when the website says that they are open and I called over 6 times in a 40 minute period and nobody answered the phone. I finally drove into Marion only to find the branch closed with a note on the door. I understand that covid has our lives upside down but I still feel that they could have left the message on the answering machine. I need in my lockbox like yesterday & now I’ve got to wait for over 24 hours until someone from Upper Sandusky branch is able to let me in on a scheduled time that works for them ? poor customer service in my opinion!

Horrible customer service.. the branch manager was the one dishing out the condescending tone and had no idea how to help in any way. She is the reason I closed my accounts with this bank.
