I wash my car fairly frequently. I’m consistently trying new car washes because my car is still dirty when I’m done. Buckeye Express Car Wash was recommended to me but I was let down yet again. I decided to get the platinum package to make sure it got clean. I’ve never paid so much for a car wash, $25.00, so I really anticipated my car to be a whole lot cleaner than it was when I came out! Not to mention my car was in the wash a whole or two minutes, maybe. I should not have to be in the parking lot of the car wash using my own cleaners to clean my windows and my car especially after paying $25 dollars! Which is what I was doing.

I've been to the car wash 3 times this and every time the were shutdown for maintenance issues. That's very frustrating. I'm beginning to wonder if I should cancel my membership. Is it going to damage my vehicle? What is the compensation when you pay for a monthly membership?

I love having a clean car and this is the best place in town to get that done. I selected the $25 a month Fast Pass and it’s worth every Penny. The complimentary air freshener smells incredible. The vacuums are powerful. And the wash is perfect.

I have the most expensive monthly tier and it usually don’t get as clean as I like it leaves water spots and residue on my car and today it left a big scratch on the rear fender and black residue on the wheels

This is a really nice car wash but it's just the same as the rest. Although I do like that they have pretty bright LED lights mixed with my system and we Rave out every time!

Very nice car wash with a great subscription service! Easy access just off Rt 95. The layout and flow are perfect for the location. On the right is a fairly long drive which allows them to queue up cars during a rush which gets those vehicles out of traffic on Rt 95. On the left is the free vacuum stations. The line moves very well, but it slows a bit when the plate readers aren't working or keep reading plates incorrectly. The wash itself is great and offers different levels of cleaning just like most others. The equipment appears to be well maintained. And the employees are always friendly and helpful. The best manual car wash in Marion used to be $4 for a wash and rinse, but it recently jumped to $6, so the subscription prices offered here are actually very good for an all-you-can wash service. Highly recommend!

They are a little bit pricey and my car doesn't always get completely clean in certain spots. The free fresheners and towels are great! The free vacuums are amazing! They have 2 different a vacuum head styles you can use which is great for getting to different areas of your car and the suction on them is really strong. Would be nice if they offered a way to clean off the mats on the inside of your car. I had to drive to another car wash to spray off my car mats.
