I love LOVE LOVE Bath and Body Works! Especially their PocketBac hand sanitizers! I’ve been going to Marion’s location for years now ever since they were still in the mall up until more recently. The service has always been so great and the employees are so welcoming and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

This is a newer location. It is much bigger than I expected. I had been to two other Bath & Body Works locations looking for something specific and I finally found it at the Marion store. It’s located between Kohls and Hobby Lobby

PLEASE PUT A SIGN BY THE ROAD! The signage slot for Bath and Body works by the road in the plaza has been blank since you moved in — well over a year ago.

The gals here really know their products and can answer any and all questions you may have. They can even help you find anything you may want or can have it shipped. My online orders are always ready to go when I pick them up and they are very well timed on their order filling. I ordered a few things and it was ready to go within 2 hours of the order being places and the payment being made. I do prefer to go in person to purchase, but with time constraints in my schedule, that's not always an option. Again these gals rock!

I believe this was the former "Bucking Good Deals" space, next door to Kohls. The new B&BW is significantly larger than the first store we had at the mall which arrived to the mall in 1980-something, before they moved to this spot.
It is spacious, with the most lovely displays; no more overcrowding or trying to squeeze in or wait your turn to check out names and scents of new products.
The main checkout counter was straight to the back (as before) and you are led there by some beautiful red velvet rope between stanchions which makes one have a sense that something special is happening here!
The store sparkled with enthusiasm and excitement and the displays could not have been more perfect.
The front of the store as you can see from my photos, are completely window walled which brings the skyline and light, inside.
**They now have order online and pick-up in this store which is exactly what I did. I'm so glad 2 extra measures of security were taken to make sure someone else doesn't try to steal your coveted purchases!
You must show the email verifying your paid order, which also reveals the order number, as well as your ID.
I was handed the blue checked paper Bath & Body Works bag with my order. The handles at the top barely made it together as the sack was filled to the brim, and fastened with a festive red bow ?. I was in fear my room perfumes would spill out as I walked to my car and would have appreciated a larger bag for my peace of mind. On the side of the bag was a printer size paper with my name and my detailed order.
I did notice, a mature woman about my age range, was training the girl checking me out (okay, I purchased 5 Wallflower bulbs while in the store), and she explained to the trainee that the order list was fastened on the side, to compare against the contents, making sure the order wasn't missing anything. However, my pre-order was not verified in this way, at checkout. Perhaps once it was filled, this was once again verified in the back room?
Recently, there was a lottery drawing for 2.2 Billion US dollars. When dreaming about how we would spend it, (my fiance recounted this to my daughter, son, and daughter-in-law today), I told them, I would purchase a Bath & Body Works store as I'm their biggest fan. My kids laughter and said, "Yes, that's Mom!"
Oh how I would LOVE to work there, with the peaceful and high-end yet "Welcome Home" ambiance which is not very far from my house.
