We went in to book a cruise. We always get amazing service and everyone is so friendly and helpful. June is awesome and seems to know exactly what we need. She has helped us many times with travel and we are always extremely happy.

I would rate my experience at our local AAA office as superb! I went in with a question and it was answered immediately with other resources made available. The instructions given were easy and accurate.I returned several days later for an EZ pass and was greeted warmly and was recognized as having been there a couple of days before. Once again, I got what I needed quickly and was on my way. The staff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

I am planning a long-distance road trip and I felt it was finally my time to join AAA. When I walked in, I saw a full-service facility with very helpful team members. She helped me figure out which AAA road plan fits for me. Explained everything in good clear detail. Explained all my member benefits and roadside service possibilities. I like maps and I bought a 2022 AAA USA Road atlas which has great detail. For a possible overseas trip, she told me AAA can order Euros for me. I am very glad I joined!

I have had June Larick book a trip to Hawaii. We are not going until November, but she was very quick to find the kind of trip we were looking for. Actually listened to what our favorite things to do and areas to see. We are very excited to take this trip and cannot wait. Thanks June!

As always, my visit to the AAA Marion store was a good experience. Had to wait a few minutes because of earlier customers that were being helped. I got my travel books and was on my way. The Marion representatives have always been helpful.

I have been a member for a number of years. AAA has helped my family and I on several occasions. Weather changing a flat or jumping my daughter's car, they were always quick & friendly. However, we did have reservations about continuing membership because of a vacation ruining bungle.A few years back we used AAA to book a suite oceanside on a trip to VA Beach. But when we got there they had nothing reserved. Although I had prepaid, I had to give them over $400 to get a standard room. Talk about mad! Even though we were eventually reimbursed, we no longer had cash to do planned activities. (Like the charter fishing trip) My wife never wanted anything else to do with AAA, but I still wanted the car services. You'll understand if we don't use all of your other traveling services. That's why I only give 4 stars.

Essential healthcare worker, husband in rehab and not doing well, car at home needed towed, daughter was there for tow driver but they wouldn’t tow the car unless I left and went home. After a stressful day dealing with husbands health issues, my 12 hour day job, had to come home and call to get car towed. While everyone else is lauding the heroism of healthcare workers and the current stress they are under AAA is worried about the rules. Was preached to about a rule I’ve not had to follow in the past and it’s in the member book. Didn’t get one, got my cards, the cashed my check for my Premier package with trailer but $300;and working to save and care for people isn’t enough.Not renewing! Kissing AAA goodbye in October! Geico and Good Sam will get my money.
