Toilets are disgusting, no food was ready to order had to wait 15+ minutes for food. Staff was unenthusiastic and really acted very non-caring about their service.

I would give No Stars if possible. I stopped by this morning at this location and ordered Timbits; at 10:15am, they were AWFUL, stale!!! Disappointed and tasted disgusting.It’s usually my “go-to” place for breakfast, but not this location, never again.

I love their coffee with an espresso shot. My friend likes their lattes. The problem I have, is that more often than not. The machine there to make espresso is broken. Seriously- 4 out of 5 trips through to get a coffee and a latte, I was not able to get what I wanted. The staff is nice- I wish the owners or management could address the issue. If the machine worked, I'd give them 5/5

I ordered through the the mobile app and when I got to the store the employees told me that the latte machine was not working as the maintenance person who repairs the machine had been fired. They also indicated that they could not give me a refund since I used the mobile app and the only thing they could do is give me another drink (regular coffee). The two lattes were for my family who were not with me at the store. My family did not want the coffee, but no other option was offered. I tried following up with corporate as that is what the store employees advised since the mobile app was used and corporate Tim Hortons said that someone from the local store would reach out to me. They never did and this was for an issue reported back in June.

Customer service is zero!! The person who is taking order is rude, arrogant and bad. He told us to leave the store because our 4 year old want to say hi to him. Never recommend

orders are always wrong, food is cold, and way overpriced for crap quality and service. how does this place stay in business? Burger King and McDonald's is better and cheaper.
