They couldn't install a backup camera for me. They said they didn't have the time to do it, so I took my ol' body home and had it installed in 45 minutes.

I've taken vehicles in there for a variety of work. The work is always done quickly and well. And they are honest. I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.

These guys are great traveling home from West Virginia we had a wheel bearing go bad on our trailer they got us in and repaired in less than two hours. This happened on a Saturday morning couldn't ask for better customer service thanks guys .Rich Hayes North Canton Oh. 4/30/2023

I am in town, from Texas, visiting family and my sons wheelchair broke! I did a search for mobility places nearby and Steve's came up. I realized when I pulled up that they were more of an accessories place but rolled the dice and went in to ask for help. They were so nice and super helpful and fixed my sons wheelchair for me anyways. They have a lot of amazing stuff in store from Weathertech, Harley Davidson, and other order only vendors! I strongly advise checking them out ❤

I ordered the wrong Curt 5W hitch for my 2020 Denali and they (Josh) caught my mistake. He contacted me and we ordered the recommended hitch which arrived on time and at a price that was better than any other I found. Good service and prices.

Took my truck in for undercoating. Was told they sand, wire brush and even sandblast if needed to remove rust and scale. Paid them to do the job and come to find out they don’t do anything except blow underneath with an air compressor. They just coat over everything. Now coating is falling off after 4 days of having it. Would have never gave them my business. I could have threw coating on it at my house if I wanted to coat over rust and scale and save a lot of money.

I do not recommend them for an under coat. Was told one thing and want actually was done was another. They just cost over scale and rust!
