Well I actually dropped it off on the 20th of November & still don’t have it back. I was told it would be ready 3 times & still nothing & find it impossible to get an answer or to get through on the phone, I will definitely go elsewhere next time

I've been watching a car for over two months. Said no accidents. Got there it was in poor condition. It had been wrecked in front of the passenger side, filthy on the inside, cigarettes ash on the inside. I asked if it could be cleaned and if the scratch could be touched up. Was told I should meet their detailed people, and then I would know why it is the way it is. They didn't want to sell the car because they refused to do either request and refused to drop the price. Said they were already losing money on the car. Will never do business with a company like that.

This was my first service appointment through Pioneer GMC. I was treated extremely well both on the drop off of my vehicle as well as when I picked it up later in the afternoon. The only issue was the carelessness of the tech. The vehicle I had serviced was a very nice Cadillac that I'm in the process of selling - and when I picked it up, there was mud and dirt all over the driver's side mat and doorsill. Small things to some, but for an immaculate car - this was frustrating.

I was very pleased with the speed in which our repair was made, however, my chrome grill was replaced with a black plastic one and when I picked up the car, there was dry mud on the back seat and door and the driver’s seat.

I needed help on my Ford F150 Platinum after a nasty hailstorm on January 12, 2023. Mark Piatt, Body Shop Manager, coordinated the Paintless Dent Removal process on my battered truck. This was a big job entailing removal of my double sunroof, hood, headliner and other components to achieve a good result. My truck was in Mark's shop only TWO DAYS. I highly recommend Pioneer Buick GMC Collision Center.
