Went in for a trim with Jenna. She didn't comb my hair or part it. She just started cutting around my head. I have very thick and corse hair. So when she finished in 15 min, I ran my hands through my hair and noticed it was uneven and choppy. She trimmed the spots that were uneven. I left feeling like it wasn't quite right. So go figure when i washed and styled it the next day I saw how bad it looked. I went back for her to "fix" it. She cut some more but still looked awful. I ended up having to go elsewhere to have it fixed. I don't know where she got her license but she definitely can't cut hair. Who just starts cutting without combing or sectioning hair?? Definitely not professional! She also put a customers text msg conversation she had on social media and was complaining because the customer had to cancel because they didn't have money. Definitely not professional! Very dissatisfied with her and wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

The atmosphere in the shop is amazing. They listen to what you would like to have done,share with you if it will work with your hair and lifestyle.
