I was at riverview antiques on Sunday sept24th and found a piece I was interested in. I'm from around columbus so wanted to call to make sure they were open and called 20 times but no one answers the phone. Even called the motel across the street and they said they would give him our phone number so he could call us but I guess hes not interested in making money. Hes the one who gave us his number so figured he could have at least answeredthe phone!

Didn't buy anything, but looked around. They have some cool items, some interesting, odd, keepsake, and just strange stuff... But worth checking out. I did enjoy the old furniture, and camera that was there. The miss' enjoyed looking at all the tiny glass bottles

I am not a shopper; my skull vibrates if I have to walk around a store to "just look," even if I am following my lovely Signora. But this store is fun to do just that! And we always find a treasure to take home. Riverview Antiques is a spacious shop nestled among a line of similarly charming shops near the Ohio and Muskingum rivers in downtown Marietta. My wife and I love to start our river crawl at Riverview Antiques by the Ohio River, and gradually, shop by shop, make our way down Front Street until we can rest our feet and sink our teeth into homemade fudge at Favorite Things. Riverview is operated by knowledgeable gentlemen who really know (A) where to find cool antiques, and (B) how to present them in a store so that you feel like you're in a time machine and walking around someone's living room 100 years ago. And the prices are pretty good, too. Don't leave Marietta without checking them out.
