I bought my own car for the first time from here in April and it was so easy! Mostly because Cory Ruddlesden was so helpful! He really helped me to understand how the process works and what car was a good pick for me. I highly recommend asking for him!

We recently bought a vehicle from here and was very pleased with our salesman Corey Ruddlesden so much that we went back twice more so he could help put our daughters in nice safe dependable vehicles. Very honest and knowledgeable. He wasn’t trying to just sell us any vehicle, he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted..Would definitely recommend asking for him if you are car shopping!

BUYER BEWARE. Pioneer auto group in Marietta, Ohio. They sold my parents a minivan with an extended warranty and a lifetime power train warranty. My dad’s health was failing, and the goal was for my mom to have one less stressor and to know the car would cause no major expenses. She’s been attentive to servicing on schedule. Last fall during the scheduled oil change, they “recommended” nearly $1K worth of fluid flushes. (I don’t know about you, but the van had 60K miles, and I’ve never done all that). No one ever told her it was necessary for the warranty.Fast forward 6 months, and the transmission has failed. It is a known weakness on that model van. Pioneer auto refuses to fix it, has given her a huge run around, and says the warranty is void because she didn’t follow the scheduled maintenance. They are growing at a rapid clip, and maybe they feel like they don’t need our business. If the business model is to take advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income, I hope they fail. I will never darken their door to buy a new vehicle.I’m sharing this with all our friends, family, and my coworkers and medical partners. Hopefully they’ll get the message if it hurts their bottom line a little.

Would give 0 if I could. As a Ford dealer, they should know what their cost for most service jobs should be such as Transmission Flash and fill. But they either don't know or rob customers. Called and also asked in person about a Transmission flush on my 2011 Ford F150. Was told both times it would be right around $240 to $245 plus tax. So I had them do the service. Total cost.....$300.00. That is quite a ways off form their quote. I will never deal with them again. Not for Service or to buy a car.If it is one of Pioneer's dealerships, I WILL TRAVEL A thousand miles to go elsewhere.

Very bad management, the two managers are a joke. They don't answer phone calls, it's a burden to go ask for help. They sold me a truck that was in the shop 12 times in only 2 and 1/2 months. The head manager Mark, said if i had any issues that he would make me a deal, but wouldn't cooperate when i had a problem. There was only two good things about Family Ford, the salesman Huston who got fired for unjustified reasons. Secondly, the service writer Steve. It took service two and a half months to figure out an issue with the vehicle. I recommend Astorg Auto if in search for a vehicle, stay clear of this place.
