It was definitely a waiting game from the time I took my 2017 colorado in to have it diagnosed to ordering the parts which were on back order a few days but Cody handle everything very well from start to finish and whoever the mechanic was did an excellent job, my air conditioner is blowing ice cold and my windshield washer is working like it's brand new. The waiting game was annoying but my experience was awesome so pioneer Chevrolet will have future business from me. Business run well when you have good people working for ya, cody is a solid guy and the mechanic who did the work obviously know what he's doing.

Very friendly staff. Fast, reliable service.
Due to a family emergency I had to drop my vehicle off early and had arranged for someone else to pick it up later in the day. When we explained what was going on, Troy was able to get my vehicle in quickly so I didn't have to worry about anything. He also kept us updated through the whole service process.

Took my car in for a thumping noise in the front. I had a suspicion that it was a CV axle, so that's what I told them. They called me back with a bill of nearly $2000 in stuff they said was bad, stuff that in no possible way was contributing to the thumping noise I originally brought the car in for. I told them to just do the axle, and as soon as I left the shop I noticed the noise was still there. Turned out to be the hub assembly (a fairly simple diagnosis). There is no way they drove the car, as they would've instantly known it was not the axle. I did the hub assembly myself in under an hour, and paid $400 for them to replace an axle that wasn't broken. Do not take your car here if you dont want to pay for stuff you don't need. It's a shame that this shop is certified.
