Terrible experience sunroof broke 3 days after purchase and said be 3100 to fix made it so bad after they checked it can't stand the noise to drive it, no one will call me back and when I call them transfer me and send me to voice-mail pretty sad ripping off 17 year old kid that's paying for this with his own money, never had a bad experience like this don't waste your time with 90 day warranty and service department is rude Terrible attitude, hate to call a lawyer but they made it that way, these con artists need shut down

They sent me a letter that they would give $3,000 over Kelley Blue Book. Called Pioneer Chevrolet and set up an appointment, they told me to go to the GMC dealer, when I got there they had no idea I had even called. The two people at the GMC dealership were helpful, but they would not give me the $3,000 over KBB and so I went here to figure out what was going on. Only one person in this dealership and he had no idea what was going on. They really shouldn't be sending out these letters if they don't plan to honor them.

My mom purchased a vehicle there in 2016 with an extended warranty. Vehicle is in excellent shape and well taken care of but the transmission failed. They refused to honor the extended warranty on a technicality, which is arguable. My father recently just passed away and mom is on a fixed income. They strung her along for a while letting her think they would take care of it.They even charged her for replacing some parts that were not needed. You will regret buying a vehicle from this establishment when it comes time for service or warranty issues. Take my advice and "steer clear".

Not a good experience at all 2015 ford f150 has vibration they tried to fix on multiple occasions then they gave up saying they couldn't fix it said they would buy it back at approximately 4 thousand less than we paid take your money and run they are owned by dick nourse auto stay away

they sell trucks with bad frames and lie to you . And won't help out at all, just told me I will have to get some shop to weld metal to the frame to fix it or it won't be any good. Only had truck for 2 months and 5 days . Then only offered me half of what I paid for it to trade toward another truck , said because of the fame the value went down.

I didn't eventually get a car here as they didn't have the very specific vehicle for which I was looking. But have to recommend Dean McWilliams- great service and he went out of his way to try to get what I wanted. Look him up if you're there.

Do not buy anything used from these guys. They sell at JD powers "clean" retail price but the trucks I looked at were anything but. I only test drove two trucks, both were in the 30k range. Had a check engine light come on, a dead battery, saw some DIY under coats which were covering up who knows what. If I'm going to pay top dollar for a vehicle I expect a vehicle that's in top notch. No warranties either. I might take a gamble with 5 or 6 grand but your out of your mind if you want me to pay 30k for something with no warranty AND a check engine light!

I would highly recommend Pioneer Mr.Chambers and his crew are some of the best people. They are so caring and down to earth and go beyond your needs to help you find just what your looking for. They want to make sure you leave the establishment happy and satisfied. May I add that they do no Buffaloing either. They are straight shooter guys and I was very pleased with their business. I will most defiantly be dealing with them again in the future.
