I used to frequent the Athens Ohio store.. I spend 1200 to 1500 per month on fuel alone The Athens store has no available restroom after dark.. I was informed that they didn't want to clean the restrooms And that ******** has th em a available.. If I have to go to ******** to use facilities, my business will go with me.. I've complained many times with no response.. If PARMAR don't want business they need to place a sign on the door stating that fact..

The rewards card machine never works I spend a small fortune in there I use my rewards for gas the service is terrible I won't have even go in anymore I make my husband go in.

horrible company my husband worked there, he bought a money order that we didn't end up needing for 500.00, he unknowingly thought he could just white it out and put his name on it since we didn't need it. walmart refused to cash because they said that the bank will not honor it. walmart and the bank both told him to take it back to the place he got it. and the manager there tricia told him that she can't refund it. horrible establishment.

Just went to your store on St. 60 Devola and refused to let me buy cigarettes because I didn't have my I.D. with me only my debit card. Clerk would not sell my sister the cigarettes even though she had her I.D., saying he knew what she was going to do with them. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am 70 years old and my sister is 65 years old. If your clerks can't make judgement calls your business will never survive.

The parma store on pearl Rd just hired a new manager and all I can say is that he is very rude and unprofessional.this guy couldn't arrange a two car funeral,I think a first grader could do a better job.other than that the ladies that work in their are awesome.
