“I was helped by Hailee this afternoon and I was very pleased with the knowledgeable service I received. Hailee educated me to the fact that my oil filter has a paper filter inside that absorbs some but, not a lot of the oil and I can request an extra quart be added IF I’m not satisfied with the dipstick check near the end of my service. Hailee was professional and very friendly. I may very well wait till Hailee is there when the next service is due. Thank you Hailee you rock!”
