Absolutely wonderful people. Colton was super helpful the entire time and the entire financing team that got my credit approved and got me my brand new Rogue. Everybody was super kind and it was just a really good experience compared to some other car dealerships. 10/10 Recommend coming if you are in the market for a new car.

The owner of KMA suggested to me on Facebook that I use them for motorcycle repairs, so I tried them out. I talked to the service department, and they scheduled me for a week later at a specific time. They stated the fixes would take 2-3 hours, and I said I would wait so I didn't have to get a ride.
However, a week later, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the service representative informed me that they don't schedule appointments and I should have arranged a ride. I was utterly perplexed, as I had received a call the previous week to confirm the time. This contradiction in their process left me frustrated and questioning their understanding of basic appointment scheduling.
So then I'm trying to get someone to get me, and I talk to them again, and they say, well, it might be within a week, but ask me when I want to pick my motorcycle up. I answered that the same day would be nice since that's what you quoted when I made the appointment, or even the next day or so since we're already here. My gut told me to leave, but I tried to give them a chance. They couldn't tell me when it would be ready and then showed me golf carts they were working on as an excuse for not knowing how a schedule works.
I wait a day and find another shop to get it in immediately and fix it within an hour because it's a simple exam and belt adjustment. So I called KMA back and asked when I could pick up my motorcycle to take it to someone qualified and get it done. They said they were actively working on it but needed to call me back and let me know. Forward 30-40 minutes later, they call back and tell me that they have to order a tool to adjust the belt and it will take a week to get the tool before they can do anything. So I told them to park it outside, and I went and got it.
This was an absolutely absurd and unprofessional experience. I am deeply disappointed and will NEVER consider dealing with them again. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. As a business owner, I understand the importance of preparation and meeting client expectations. I am left utterly baffled at how this experience unfolded.
KMA is not a motorcycle shop, go somewhere else or try to fix it yourself, you will be better off.

We just bought a car at KMA Auto today. The whole experience was great. We did not feel pressured at all. Nick was our salesman and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

Recently my truck developed a whistle when driving above 40 MPH. I tried several fixes with no success so I scheduled an appointment with KMA Auto Collision center at 130 2nd street in Marietta. They spent about an hour on my truck and isolated the cause of the problem. They did great work and were friendly, courteous and did a great job. The family there is fantastic. They offered me coffee and chatted a bit and it was 100% fantastic experience.

Kma auto in Marietta is amazing! Let me start by saying how amazed I was with the customer service!!! They helped me find a vehicle of interest, helped me navigate through the loan process worked all day long to get the price and payments where I wanted them to be, talked me through the whole process even while I was at work I received updates and texts all day!!!! I can’t express my gratitude enough for all the support and genuinely caring individuals who helped me through the journey today !!! Not only did they provide me with a very nice vehicle today but they gained my full service for anything to do with my vehicle as I know they will be very honest and supportive!!! Cant say I’ve experienced anything better at any other car dealership!!!!!!!

A+ for KMA. I was in search of a new car for work and kept running into dead ends. Either the dealerships had bad reputations or the sales people were too impersonal an arrogant. I was passing by and decided to see what KMA had, purely on a whim since I was already wore out from the big dealers around town, and the selection was quite nice. I was met in the lot by Troy and he was super attentive, down to earth, and personable. Troy did his absolute best to get me into a vehicle that met my needs and get my payments where I wanted them. The entire staff that I met that day, including the owners, were friendly and seemed like they truly appreciated my business. I will most definitely give them my business in the future.
