On a recent drive from Cleveland to North Carolina I had some engine problems on my 2020 Suburban, after calling around from the road, John's Auto Repair quickly answered my call and said to stop in, he'd make room for me. He was able to assess my engine needs, find the part, make the repair so I could continue my drive. Incredibly helpful, kind and honest auto repair shop. Highly recommend!

They worked on my mother's 1999 mercury cougar that had been setting for 8 years. He called and was very frank about what he had to do and what it could lead into because of it setting so long. My mom calls this her miracle car. Anyhow, in no time, fixed the car and was very reasonable considering it took a new fuel pump, " had to remove tank" , an oil change, a new dipstick from Ford, and a new battery. I've driven it for several days now, doing great. I would highly recommend and will use again and again.

I was taken aback by the extremely rude behavior displayed by the owner. Initially, they had advised me to visit at my convenience for a quick assessment of my car's condition. However, upon my arrival, the owner suddenly informed me to return at a later time or after a two-week period. What struck me the most was how abruptly he gestured for me to leave, pointing towards the exit door with his hand as if urging me to get out. Disrespected!
