I've been filling taxes with H&R for over 20 years. This year systems were not updated so I could not sign while in office. Tried to sign them online and there system was messed us so couldn't not sign them for another week. After 3 weeks finally able to sign paperwork. After signed nobody submitted the signed copies for another week until I called and asked them why they still were not processed
