My family have brought our cats here for over a decade and this is always a wonderful kind place for cats (I guess dogs too, I don't have any though). They have been beyond kind and even sent a card after being informed that a pet suddenly passed. Love the care and will continue to trust them.

This place is so kind and considerate. Once you really get to know the people you get a close relationship with them. I love the front staff. You can tell they go through a lot by dealing with a lot of people continuously. I got my first kitten from them and they were so cautious about it. They truly do care about their animals.

With the help of Dr. Haught and her compassionate staff, I was able to get an urgent visit for my cat with an upper respiratory infection. They answered all my questions, and took excellent care of my sick baby. I will absolutely be back and recommend them whole heartedly.

Would not trust my fur babies to anyone else. Dr. Haught and Dr. Mills are the best. Their Vet Tech Christina Warren is exceptional as well.

I have taken my dogs to Dr Haught for years and 2 years ago my female dog was pregnant and was having problems having her puppies. When I called they said to bring her in right away. They didn’t have to do a c section. Her vet tech took good care of her and helped her have them. She got pregnant again and when I called they said to bring her in and this time she had to do a C Section on her and they delivered her babies and momma and babies our doing great. Thanks again for all you have done for us.

I went in to have my dog spayed. I was quoted an estimate of $120. When I went in to pick her up and pay the bill they said $375. they decided to do a bunch of extra things to my dog that I didnt ask for. 3 times the price I was quoted is unacceptable. I will not be back

She wasn’t even my dogs regular vet, and she saved his life, I was in a rush because I work in the medical field and I had to go to work, single mom single income gotta keep my job, my regular vet wasn’t open, it was a Saturday morning, my dog most certainly would have died and she took him in and did emergency surgery and saved his life I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Haught and her staff!!! Heather texted me and kept me up to date on his status I am completely impressed!!!!

Called this morning to inquire about getting some stray kittens from my neighborhood fixed. The receptionist was rude in tone. Rather than ask if I was a current client, she asked for my client number (which, had I been a client, I'd likely not have in front of me). When I stated I was not a current client, she was unapologetic in saying "well, we aren't taking new clients at this time." No offer of info for other vets in the area. I can't speak to the work of the treatment staff but I hope for the animals sake their front office staff doesn't reflect the quality of services.
