I’ve never been more disappointed with a service. This is a place I trusted to care for my pet, but today's experience was deeply upsetting. I took my three-month-old puppy in, only to be told that she was “aggressive” toward every staff member. I could hear her crying from the back the entire time. After 45 minutes, they finally brought me into a room to explain how "aggressive" my puppy was and informed me they would be giving her vaccinations in the room with me.
When they brought her in, she was visibly distressed—shaking, with bloodshot eyes. As they attempted to restrain her for the vaccination, she began shaking, crying, and screaming again. When I asked if I could try to comfort her, one of the staff members responded, “I doubt it’ll help; she’s aggressive and doesn’t like to be restrained.” This was shocking to me because my puppy has never shown aggression before—she’s always been energetic and loves meeting new people and dogs.
Seeing her in such distress was heartbreaking. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this vet to anyone.

Staff are great! Great system with the car pagers too - so if you have a nervous or reactive dog it’s great!

Took Great care of my older dog. Recently started having seizures. They checked her over and sent us home with seizure meds. Doctor gave a very good job at explaining in layman's terms what she did and the test that were done and the results.

these people are great with my animals. when dr. wasmund retired from his practice i didn't know who i could trust with my pets. dan gave green meadow a good review. he was right and i'm glad i took his advice.

We live in Athens but come to Green Meadow Vet for acupuncture services. Dr Kidd and her staff couldn’t be any nicer! I’ve worked in pet care for over 20 years and have been to quite a few vets in that time. I’m picky about vet care for my own pets and I would highly recommend Green Meadow to anyone looking for kind and compassionate vet care. My sweet Peggy never seems stressed out after her appts and the whole staff talks very lovingly about her.

This place was fine before Covid. Then during Covid they started locking people out and not allowing them to accompany their pets during appointments. They are still doing this today, three years later. It is both alarming and strange behavior when a "professional" locks out the public. It may be innocent, but to me it is both rude and disrespectful. People have no choice but to hope they are doing the right thing behind closed doors.

We love Dr. Kidd and her staff. They truly care about your pets and will do whatever they can to help. We've always had great experiences with them no matter what the issue. We highly recommend Green Meadow.

Worse place ever don't care about your pet don't go there my dog was always scare only there loves her new vet and you can be with your pet bad place trust me rude staff no stars I turn you into board they will take this down but true put a camera in your dog's collar and watch you will not take your dog there take it down this is sandy Stafford all has been sent to board happy job hunting don't take care of animals they can't talk
