Refuse me the shower service twice the same day I had to come back overnight finally got it when the shift changed

Needed to get fuel but the guy wouldn't even try to run the card at least. he said the power was down when i could clearly see the computer screen for the fuel cards on so thanks to him i almost ran out of fuel all because he wouldn't even at least try to run the card.

Be careful, the manager makes up theft allegations and spreads it to everybody. Even with employee bagging my item and taking my cash on camera! Bad service, very rude, except to your face sometimes, trust nobody that works there, etc.

They ALWAYS tell me someone stole the shower key…either too lazy to clean it or picking and choosing who they will let use their shower.

Don't bother. The poor attendants are completely overworked. Long lines for way overpriced sports drinks and sodas.
Small bathrooms that the attendants are doing their best to clean, but there's only one attendant, and they're balancing cleaning with helping waiting customers.
Don't bring small kids. There aren't change stations, there's not room for you and your kid in the stall. And there aren't bag hangers on the door for your diaper bag. So you'll have to balance your diaper bag, your toddler, their diaper, etc.
And you get to experience all of this with little -- or from the feel of it, no -- air conditioning on a summer day, and no ventilation in the bathroom.

What a horrible experience. My first AND last time there. A friend and myself came in on Saturday, pretty late at night. Maybe around 1:30a-2a. We were just finishing delivering doordash orders and wanted a snack. We were both in a good mood and talking amongst ourselves, but I guess we were being too loud. An old woman with gray hair who was mopping told us to SHUT UP. We were just in a good mood and having fun. Then she proceeded to absolutely stare my friend down. So I snapped a little. I wouldn’t have if she hadn’t been so miserable and disrespectful. I never do this but I will be calling to speak with a store manager and corporate if need be. That behavior was foul. She could have asked politely for us to quiet down, but no. I will never give this place my money again.

Closed for cleaning in the middle of the day, had to go elsewhere.Prior visit, price for a salad = outrageous ($7+) but staff was friendly. UPDATE from 1 star since female cashier was very friendly & provided excellent customer service!
