I love Giant Eagle. I used to feel that they were too expensive but with their loyalty card and their high quality produce, bakery and meat department, it's my favorite store.

It’s unfortunate because we live so close and I went there a lot but Walmart and Kroger have been getting my business for the last couple of weeks and will stay that way. Hiring a lot of rude people working the registers. There was a girl with I believe dark brown hair and wore glasses who wasn’t happy because she didn’t get her “deserved” water break as she stated so she thought it acceptable to throw my groceries after scanning them. Absolute disrespect. She definitely needs a course in customer service.

Today I went up to a young man in the produce department and asked him a question about the moldy tomatoes and he responded with"absolutely not I get off in 3 minutes, you can figure it out yourself" and walked away. Wouldn't buy food here for my cat.

Sarah in the bakery is the most amazing, nicest person! Look at this cake! I stopped in on a Friday at noon and asked for a cake to be picked up the next day by noon. Her and her staff went above and beyond! Honestly, they always do! The bakery is just awesome!

A very nice complete Supermarket that is easier to shop than the HUGE stores. Also has pharmacy!
