Called to get service on 79 yamaha xt500 dirtbike engine build. Guy answered the phone I told him make and model, he cut me off and said we don't work on anything that old it's IMPOSSIBLE to get parts for. Took me 2 minutes of research to find new rebuild kits for this. Not knowledgeable and very rude.

The guy was not friendly at all, and as a new rider I should have not been greeted with attitude like I should already know everything.
