VERY disappointed in this establishment, I called in to make a appointment for frame work to be done on my car they set me for a Wednesday at 8am and told me it would only take a few days to be done. I called in the next Friday because I still hadn’t heard back from the shop and they told me they still haven’t even started on the car. I thought well whatever stuff happens right? They said they would have it up on the machine and done by the end of the next week I called in after that and still didn’t even start on it. At this point I’m 23 days in and they still haven’t done nothing and said that it would probably be a few more weeks till they could even get to it and said if I needed it done sooner to take it elsewhere. I was completely lied to and I had already paid a 150$ tow bill to have it towed from Parkersburg to Marietta because they said they could have it done in less than a week. I took my business elsewhere after waiting almost a month and losing my 150$ on a tow, I would have never paid to have it towed there if I would have known upfront that it was going to take a month to even get to. (If not longer). Now I am stuck waiting to get it into another shop that will actually be honest to there customers. Not to mention the whole time they had my car they did not call me one time to let me know it wasn’t going to be done at the promised time.

Dropped our vehicle off and met with them and the insurance adjuster around noon, we have rear end damage to our jeep wrangler that busted out the back glass. They said to leave the jeep there because they were going to start on it (replace the glass) first thing this morning. We weren't sure if we should leave it there because the glass was missing and we were worried it would get broken into or stollen. They told us to leave it there and said since the back glass was broken they'd make sure it was secured in the building. This was repeated several times and they assured us this would happen. My wife drove by there at 1:30 am that night and found our jeep still sitting in the same spot in the front parking lot right against the street completely unsured , we bring it back home. The saddest part is they don't even know it missing they close at in 2 hours and they obviously didn't start working on it first thing this morning. I guess they aren't responsible for loss or thieft so why care right.

Took my car in to get body work done and I was amazed at the service they provided. Everyone working there is helpful and very professional. Gave me a breakdown on what work they did to the car. I highly recommend this place if you need body work done!Services: Painting

First Quality did an outstanding job with my car. Sam and Derrick were great with communicating when my car needed dropped off, giving updates when more parts needed ordered and when it was available to pick up. The car looks excellent as well.

Someone hit my car when I was stopped at a stop sign and this shop are the only ones that would even book me for an appointment instead of just saying no they are full. It was several months out but since the person smashed my front light making it not driveable they squeezed me in to fix that part so it would at least be driveable. They had everything ordered and ready and got my car completely fixed in like a couple weeks after my appointment. So friendly family owned business. Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had several cars in this shop over the past 20 years and every time, no matter the owner, the repairs and paintwork were always done right. If you are patient, this is the best place to get body work and repairs made. The problem is that when you are good, you are really busy. These folks are really good. Super fair, super nice. I won't go anywhere else.

They were friendly but it has been a week since the front end alignment and there is still a shake in the front end, so the 60 bucks was wasted... They said it was fixed and they didn't say anything else was bad so I don't know why it is still shaking.

Due to my inability to back I have to pay First Quality Collision a visit. My insurance covered it but they got me in quickly and repaired my vehicle faster than I expected. Would recommend to anyone
