Great online price to start with. Quickly responded by phone once I texted interest. Salesman got most of the needed info ahead of time to have paperwork ready. Since I was working, my wife went to finalize everything and she was treated wonderfully. F250 is everything I wanted in my truck and more. There was a small $ error in the paperwork and they worked with me to take care of the discrepancy. I highly recommend this dealership.

#3cylinder misfire they fixed cost 548.00 and car now idles higher,did not previous to them fixing cylinder. Took n i hear a noise sounds like wheel bearings possibly going bad charged me 168.00 said bearings in ac compressor is going bad,not true. Also said all my tires were unsafe and gave me a quote for tires and quote for ac which was crazy amount. But my tires r far from unsafe, think guy got n seen i had broken vent were i was trying clean it and broke it and he just assumed idn why or how he came up with what he did that cost me 168.00 but seems there not actually doing work and what they do cost u much more than should. Dont recommend at all

Absolutely horrible service took 2 over weeks for them to even start work on my company vehicle and the lost all paper work and my registration and just don't care. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Be warned

I bought a 2015 ford fusion 1.5L ecoboost from here in March of 2021. The gentleman who does the paper work had told me if I paid extra every month on my car loan, I would have a warranty as long as I am making payments. So not the case! My warranty ran out according to family ford almost a year ago. But the bank is showing a few months ago. I am now stuck with a car that has complete engine failure due to coolant intrusion and a broken timing chain. I still owe on this vehicle. Apparently I am not the first person they have done this too. Will be contacting who ever I can to get refunded for the extra money I have paid every month. I wouldn’t go to this dealer ship for anything!

Let me preface this review withthe fact that I'm extremelypicky.! Many would say to afault! Additionally, I was in thebusiness which makes pleasingme even more challenging !Not to mention I am 3 hoursfrom the dealership whichgenerally complicates thingseven more. Not in this casethough!Read my story below.I got on the internet around10 PM Friday night and founda specialty vehicle that Pioneerhad so I sent in my interestelectronically! Minutes later,Jason started communicatingwith me. We progressed thedeal which involved a trade asfar as we could before uppermanagement had to getinvolved! Jody the generalsales manger startsmessaging me with my approval/request at 11PM. We hammered out adeal in record time. I calledSaturday morning to get thefinal particulars for myfinancing. He had it all workedout and ready. I was on theroad by 10 and got my newride shortly after noon. Theseguys far surpassed anyexpectations I had. I'll behonest, I went to bed thinkingthere is no way this will panout! They delivered In everyway and more! Don't wasteyour time anywhere else!These guys are the real deal!They have my highestrecommendation possible!

I wish I could give 0 stars for the service we received at the service center.
My husband and I thought the driver side axle seal was leaking so we purchased the seal for the drivers side and was going to do that ourselves. In the process we discovered the passenger side was leaking but replacing those seals was going to be a lot more difficult and testy. So, we took my car to the ford dealership to have the seals in the transfer case replaced because it was leaking transmission fluid. They called to tell us the driver side was leaking and that seal needed replaced. We informed them that we purchased the seal and they can replace it using that seal. According to them, that seal was wrong but they went ahead and replaced it and wanted to charge extra which is not the problem because it needed replaced but a phone call updating us letting us know they had to use one of theirs and it would be an extra charge would have been good customer service. When my husband goes to pick the car up, he is told the PTU needs replaced because it is going bad. They went ahead and replaced the seals, charged for all the work (did give a discount because when I called to check on the status I complained about not being called about the wrong seal on the drivers side), told him it needs replaced and they would give us a quote on the work but didn't give the quote and sent him on his way. We took it to another service center to get confirmation that the PTU was bad and sure enough it is.
His response was, well we had it apart and you wanted it fixed. There was nothing we could do except put it back together. Also, informed me that I don't need to be taking my car back to that service center for work anymore. I just think that they should have let us make the decision on whether to just put it back together or to have the PTU replaced. Now we get to fork over more money and deal with wasted money because they replaced the
Seals without on a bad part. Their money loss now because I will not be taking my car back to them for service and I will never deal with their company again. Neither the service manager or the supposed owner seemed too bothered by ripping off a customer.
