I'd give 0 stars if I could. Nothing beats paying over 20k for kitchen cabinets only for them to be mis-measured or for the designer to not listen to you about what size you want your cabinets to be. Then when your cabinets come in wrong because of the poor measuring it is your fault not theirs. Not only that but the cabinets come in with obvious nicks, chips, or poorly built, and again it's your problem ot theirs.If they do give you replacement cabinets they still get the sizes wrong. Don't order a floor to ceiling pantry that's supposed to be 18" deep so it can actually hold your stand mixer and other appliances. They'll give you one that's only 12" in depth and again tell you thats your fault/problemIf you want to pay more to get the same garbage service as Lowe's go right ahead. At least Lowe's will save you a few grand while treating you like trash. The gross incompetence and screw you attitude to go with it are priceless.
