ATM is out of order far too often and typically the same issue occurs at Pike & Downtown location. Local Chase management appears either incompetent or ineffective, as this issue has persisted for years. Major inconvenience.

There’s one chase bank for the 15 thousand people in Marietta? The ATM on 2nd street was out of order? How? That’s literally all you guys offer at location. It should be running 24/7. So that means in order to even withdraw money I have to drive 20 miles out of my way and be late for my appointment. Thanks chase!

Ok so I come in to change my home address since I just bought a new house in ohio. I was not able too if I didn't have utility paperwork etc. Now my father in law he had no problem to change his address and he lives with me in my new house, maybe not being white I would hate to say that! makes it where no verification is needed. I never been treated so poorly. I even said something to bank teller and he knew he was wrong but still said nothing.

First of all they are highly understaffed. Secondly they don't answer their phone. Thirdly they cannot give you a notary. They want you to make an appointment for a week later. Or they suggest you go somewhere else and pay but they don't know where to send you. Worst bank customer service ever

Worst banking experience on so many different levels. 1st I try to open a business checking account. I have 2 other partners in the business. I spend a few days getting the paperwork to them to sign as we are all busy working in different areas. I bring the paperwork back. They will not accept it because the others are not physically present. I said why would your bank give me the forms to have them sign it? They do not even allow the paperwork to be signed and notarized.I opened a chase ink business credit card. It had the option to scan my receipts in and attach them to the transactions. I thought cool. I will do this so I never lose any receipts. It worked for a month. Then one day it was no longer an option. I call them and they say we haven't had that option avaliable for 2 years. I say why was it on the app if you no longer use it anymore.I also signed up for a chase travel card through southwest airlines. The promotion I signed up for was 60,000 miles if I spent a certain amount of money in 90 days. I spent the required amount of money but was not given the promotion I signed up for. Basically they lied to me.I recommend to everyone stay away from all chase products. Worst customer services total incompetence and liars. I wasted a lot of my time.

Called to see why my daughter's check had a hold placed on it for 7 days when that had never happened before and they couldn't assist locally. Said you had to call the 1800 number. What is the purpose of having them here if they can't help. You can deposit and withdraw money from an atm without a person. One person to fill the atm would be alot cheaper than paying all of them to do it when they can't assist with anything else.

These folks talking about the branch manager are CORRECT....in my case I asked her why I could only get $20 bills from the outside ATM when 15+ years ago I could select my denominations...she argued with me and gave me 8 different reasons why that was an untenable request and that they never did it. So I got home and called 3 different Boston area Chase branches and they ALL were incredulous that I was unable to get bigger bills. ALL the east coast Chase banks let the user select their bills, but we are just the backwater of Appalachia. SAD.

The branch manager wouldn’t release my available funds upon request she called law enforcement on me three times. No charges were filed so the manager retaliated by freezing all my bank accounts and available funds for an undetermined amount of time.I highly suggest finding a financial institution with a emotionally and mentally stable bank manager.

Branch manager is insane, she entrapped me in her bank against my will while locking a customer out who wanted to close his accounts and withdraw his funds.
