I got ripped off by victory Marietta. I put a down payment of $471 down on the vehicle as they gifted me a scooter and I did not get the van yet. They cashed my check before I even had the van. Called Thursday they put me off Until Tuesday come Wednesday the deal Still wasn’t done
The place is a complete sham rip off Gregory belt was a dealer Went somewhere else the deal was done in five minutes

Service department.....
Professional, polite, listener's, problem solvers.
These are just a handful of words that I experienced today at Victory Toyota in Marietta OH.
Amber the assistant Manager in the service and parts department went above and beyond to take care of the problem I presented to her.
She was professional very polite and a great listener and very genuine.
This team put their-selfs in my shoes ? and went above and beyond.
I couldn't ask for a better experience than I got today from them.
Thank you to the lady manager, sorry I don't remember your name, that is in parts department for being very kind a understanding, you were noticed in your line of action, for springing into to action when I arrived to have my car worked on while Assistant Manager Amber was in a meeting.
P.S Thank you too the guys and or girls that did the work in the garage don't think I forgot about you, Pat yourself on the back you had a part in this to you took my problem in as a priority and executed it with excellence and perseverance.
For any other works I may have left out in this you rock and sorry my bad.
Lastly I take my hat off to Brian B in service, for noticing in the system that I had courtesy services that i didn't remember I had.
I hope the owners of this establishment see this and give notice to this teams line of work they executed today.

Made an appointment on July 29 for transmission flush. Appointment was set for 8am August 17. Today, Friday August 16 at 3:45pm, the service manager David called and left a voicemail saying he needed my VIN to get correct fluid or he wouldn't be able to do the flush in the morning. I of course am busy without my phone on me and don't see the call until a bit after 5. I call back and they tell me David left promptly at 5 so I can call back in the morning to get him my VIN. Won't do me much good if I need to be there (45 minute drive) at 8AM. So I'll not be returning for any additional service to a place that pulls stupid, last minute stuff like this.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle. Greg, Jackson, and Miguel were exceptional in this process. I was able to purchase my vehicle at a fair price without any hassle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who may be considering purchasing a new vehicle.

Don't take your vehicle there for insurance repair.I took my Jeep to Victory for replacement of a Burt wiring harness and hood due to a bird nest catching on fire. They had it for 5 weeks for the mechanical repair. The car rental ran out at 4 weeks, they didn't even do the hood repainting they had already been paid for! It took a month before they get me in to paint the hood , now they've had it another 2 weeks to repaint the hood. I wish I had gone anywhere else.

I have used c&c, now victory Toyota since 2014. Never had any issues until recently. I bought a 2024 Toyota Camry and took it for the first service (which took an 1:45 minutes for a tire rotation and multipoint inspection). They did call and apologize and gave a $25 gift card to apologize for my time wasted. Today, I noticed from that service, they didn’t put one of the lugnuts back on, which happened to be the wheel lock lug nut. I called and they stated they had a replacement I didn’t need an appointment just bring it in. I took it there today and waited 45 minutes for it to be put on. The customer service and service department has really decline since victory took over. Not sure I will be going back.

Grandma had been going there for many years when the place was C&C and also purchased her used 2016 Camry SE from them back in 2021. There service center used to be very popular when the place was still C&C and you'd sometimes have to wait a week for an appointment. After Victory took over everything changed. You can literally get in any time for an appointment now. Cost to get the oil changed in her car used to be right around $60 altogether. Had it changed twice with Victory since. First time it was almost $20 more in price then when we made the last appointment they informed us that the cost was going to be close to $100 due to supposed increases in prices on oil. She got it anyway because she had a coupon but after this experience she will be going elsewhere for oil changes from now on. I find it kind of coincidental that when they change ownership prices on everything double. Never again!

I purchased a vehicle from Victory Toyota on April 13, 2024. I love the car, however the buying experience was not great. The sales team told us to “wait just 30 minutes and grab some lunch” 3 times. We ended up waiting over 3 hours to process paperwork. Now more than one month later they have not paid off the loan of the car I traded in. I have called and emailed and there are still no results. My previous loan servicer is threatening legal action against ME and I have said this to the dealership many times. Completely unprofessional customer service. Victory Toyota please pay off the loan of the vehicle you have had for over a month!

They worked so so hard to get the vehicle that I wanted, as well as to stay in the price range I needed. Definitely recommend Victory Toyota of Marietta, more of Hannah Matson she did amazing wonders!!
