This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from here. First we purchased a Nissan Frontier. They were very professional and explained everything about the Subaru Legacy we purchased. David Cole was great to work with. Would definitely do business with them again.

Best experience ever !!
I can’t even describe how amazing my interaction was with them! My family saw a car they liked online, we live out of state, and we called Bill Wright Automotive about the car. Rob Reynolds (AMAZING) answered all of our questions, test drove the car for us and send us extra photos.
We decided to buy the car without seeing it in person. Rob continuously answered all of my anxious calls (this was my first time buying a car & especially without seeing it), got documents ready super fast, was always kind and honest in all the many communications I had with him. There were so many instances that he went above and beyond to ensure that I got that car.
After deciding to not transport the car, we ended up driving to Ohio to pick up the car (6 + hour drive), we were so excited to meet Rob in person (it was a delight !) and the car was a beauty !!! So happy with the purchase !
I had several bad experiences with dealerships in my area and was so amazed by the kindness, customer service, and of course honesty and transparency in this process. Highly recommend, also work with Rob and you will have an amazing experience !

Very easy to deal with. Great prices. Huge thanks to Frank for coming in on his day off to facilitate the transaction because it was the only day I could make the two hour drive to Marietta. It’s been more than a month now and I am still very happy with my purchase. Anybody that is looking for a used car should consider this dealers inventory.

I bought my first truck from bill wright in 2016. I put 200k miles on it before I sold it. Their salesmen are brutally honest and aren't trying to sugar coat anything for the sake of making a sale. Recently went back to check out their lot and while they didn't have anything for me, their salesmen were just as honest and nice as I remember. Highly recommend.
