Worst place ever to buy a car. I just bought and Chevy equinox 2 weeks ago off of these people. The car has been sitting broke down due to the frame rotten completely out. Heading home which I drove 3 hours to purchase this car and on the way home with my 5 month old baby. Almost wrecked due to the whole frame rotten completely out. I will definitely post picture tomorrow!!!!

We had an amazing experience, easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Jason was very honest and showed us what the payment would be prior to everything instead of dragging it out like most car lots. He is a great guy and will work hard to get you in the perfect vehicle. We came on my husbands lunch break and Jason ordered pizza so my husband wouldn’t go hungry lol.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yes they can help sell you a car if you have bad credit, but be prepared to have immediate problems with the vehicle. They do not service them.

My son bought a Dodge Journey from this dealership sometime in February. Immediately I noticed he was driving a loaner vehicle because his was in the shop (yep, the car he just bought). The car was returned to him and continued to overheat. AWL told him it was under warranty and to take it to an auto shop in Belpre, which my son did. The shop told my son they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and returned it to him. Fast forward about another month...my son took his very pregnant girlfriend to Florida in my car. I drove his Dodge about 30 minutes in the rain and thought I might die along with the engine overheating. I immediately called the dealership to tell them how horrible the car was and that it needed to be fixed. My son had barely even driven it. He said he told my son to take it to the auto shop and he never did. Of course, I was angry with my son for being a slacker and not taking it so I called the Belpre auto shop and explained the warranty and the issues and took it in.Shocking what happened next - the owner at this shop told me he did remember my son bringing it in and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I told him the tires also were bald and not sure why a car that was just purchased would have tires that bald. I gave my son the company bus to drive for approximately a month while we waited for his car to be repaired. We ended up getting a call that he couldn’t fix the car but did a few things he wouldn’t charge us for because it took so long for them get it apart, warranty approved, etc. He suggested we go to the Dodge dealership. So...we took it there. They kept it for nearly three weeks. They gave us a call and said the warranty would cover part of the cost but we would have put of pocket of $475...you know, a young mom and dad with four little ones. Dodge says one of the repair shops put the wrong antifreeze in it causing a sludge. They said someone worked on the cooling system but did not repair it properly. Dodge said they flushed the system but sludge continues to come out. Dodge says there are mechanical issues with the cooling system. They said there is excessive play in the steering due to bad inner and outer tie rods. All the tires and brakes needed for a car that had more than 52K miles on it at purchase and has less than 54K now. He has owned it approximately 6 months and has been able to drive it just a handful of times. So...I call AWL to tell them what Dodge said and asked to speak to the owner. The salesperson “Jason” tells me my son continued to drive it. I explained that my son took it to every garage he was told to take it to and that yes, he drove it upon picking it up each time. I told Jason that Dodge stated the car is too dangerous to drive due to issues the car was sold with - not due to wear and tear as my son has barely driven it. Dodge couldn’t even drive it after the alignment due to it being too dangerous. I explained to Jason if they did not make things right, I would be sharing this story with everyone I know, which is a lot of people. He said not the threaten him. I told him it was not a threat. These were facts. I waited for two days for the owner to call me back - Alan, who I went to high school with. I have sent Alan Facebook messages. No response even though they have been seen. I called again today and Jason refused to tell me anything except all of this was basically due to my son driving his car that he bought to, you know, drive. I told him I would go ahead with my plans to share the story since nobody seemed to wanted to do anything to make it right. I explained I am a business owner and would expect more from a fellow business owner. I told him we would mark the car as a lemon and park it in their lot. He said he would sue me and I told him he could sue me but everything I would share is true so it is not libel or slander. And that I could also sue him for selling dangerous vehicles and we could all sue each other and we could all lose but that I would be sharing. He said “**** you” and hung up on me.
