What can you say about an auto parts store? As it happens, a lot. This store is always there for me. Whenever I need a part for my car they have it or they can order it fast. The store is always bright and clean. The employees are ready to help. They will check your dash lights anytime with a smile. Take a walk in the store even if you need anything. That’s the best time to go inside. There are many things to buy that have nothing to do with mechanical malfunction or repairs. Take a look. You’ll thank me later!

I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, but this week at the Auto Zone in Marietta, Ohio, an employee named Dave was so helpful with getting my headlight working, and upon discovering that a battery fastener was not connected., he repaired that as well. He was pleasant and professional in making sure that the car of this senior citizen was back on the road with lights working, and parts under the hood were intact. Thank you Dave. ?

Very nice and friendly people I had to get my battery checked to see if it was good or bad and they were more than willing to come out and put a tester on it for me
