“Amazing work amazing customer service my rims were ever so slightly different we didn’t notice till we did the rotate and it was making a noise they brought it right back in and fixed it no questions if there was a 10 star but I would press that.”

These are just a handful of words that I experienced today at Victory Toyota in Marietta OH.
Amber the assistant Manager in the service and parts department went above and beyond to take care of the problem I presented to her.
She was professional very polite and a great listener and very genuine.
This team put their-selfs in my shoes ? and went above and beyond.
I couldn't ask for a better experience than I got today from them.
Thank you to the lady manager, sorry I don't remember your name, that is in parts department for being very kind a understanding, you were noticed in your line of action, for springing into to action when I arrived to have my car worked on while Assistant Manager Amber was in a meeting.
P.S Thank you too the guys and or girls that did the work in the garage don't think I forgot about you, Pat yourself on the back you had a part in this to you took my problem in as a priority and executed it with excellence and perseverance.
For any other works I may have left out in this you rock and sorry my bad.
Lastly I take my hat off to Brian B in service, for noticing in the system that I had courtesy services that i didn't remember I had.

“It was definitely a waiting game from the time I took my 2017 colorado in to have it diagnosed to ordering the parts which were on back order a few days but Cody handle everything very well from start to finish and whoever the mechanic was did an excellent job, my air conditioner is blowing ice cold and my windshield washer is working like it's brand new. The waiting game was annoying but my experience was awesome so pioneer Chevrolet will have future business from me. Business run well when you have good people working for ya, cody is a solid guy and the mechanic who did the work obviously know what he's doing.”

“I've taken vehicles in there for a variety of work. The work is always done quickly and well. And they are honest. I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.”

“On a recent drive from Cleveland to North Carolina I had some engine problems on my 2020 Suburban, after calling around from the road, John's Auto Repair quickly answered my call and said to stop in, he'd make room for me. He was able to assess my engine needs, find the part, make the repair so I could continue my drive. Incredibly helpful, kind and honest auto repair shop. Highly recommend!”

“They were prompt and polite. They couldn't find out what was wrong with my vehicle but they didn't try to make a buck off of me either. They tried some trouble shooting and asked permission for each step. When answers weren't coming up they were honest with me and said I could look at a buick dealership mechanic and maybe have better luck. I appreciated the honesty immensely. I would recommend this place for that reason alone.”

“I stepson drives truck and was broke down in Cadiz Ohio. Said he needed a glad hand to fix it..I told him I would gladly help him. But I didn't know what he was talking about...he told me to go to PSC they would help....soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with "How can I help you sir" I explained the problem and I am sure he knew I was no mechanic...but he figured out what, I needed and after my 2hr drive to my Stepson within ten minutes I was back in my Way home and so was my stepson...if it had not been for PSC I might still be trying to get my stepson and his truck home. Excellent service, knowledge and a a minimum cost to my wallet and my nerves .thanks again”
